Get to know like-minded folks in the community by joining a neighborhood interest group!
Havenscourt Gardens
Visit your neighbors’ gardens, exchange seedlings, share bounties! Green and not-so-green thumbs welcome. Email us and we can put you in touch with the group admin.
Buy Nothing Havenscourt
Give. Ask. Borrow. Lend. Share gratitude. Instead of buying something new, or sending your old, unused items to the landfill, join the gift economy movement. Learn about the Buy Nothing Project, then join Havenscourt’s Buy Nothing group on Facebook.
Games & More!
Looking to host or join a board game night? Maybe you’d like to check out an escape room or a local trivia night? Or hang out with a new friend on Steam or in the Metaverse! Whatever your game is, someone else in Havenscourt is playing it too. Email us for more info.
Havenscourt Beautification Group
Our Beautification HAT (Havenscourt Action Team) gathers once a month, typically on 3rd Saturdays. Some months are dedicated to picking up litter, and other months to planting, pruning, weeding, or clearing storm drains. To join, check the Events Calendar or email cleanup@havenscourt.org. Spotted somewhere in the neighborhood that needs some work? Let us know!
Borrow our cleanup tools
Want to touch up a spot on your own? We lend trash bags, green waste bags, trash pickers, shovels, gloves, high-visibility vests and more. Email cleanup@havenscourt.org to arrange a pickup.
