A presentation by the Port will begin 30 minutes after the start of the in-person meetings followed by an open forum for public comment. \nFree parking is available at the Hilton Oakland Airport Hotel parking lot. There will be live performances\, a kid zone\, touch-a-truck\, food trucks and a beer and wine garden to benefit the Water Lifeline program. \nPlease register (it’s free) so organizers have a rough headcount before the event. \n \nPlease note: Parking is very limited. Please BART or bike if you can. Free parking is available at the Rockridge and MacArthur BART parking lots\, and free shuttles will be running from Rockridge and MacArthur BART stations every 10 minutes to ensure everyone can make it to the party. Free bike valet will also be provided at the event!

DESCRIPTION:Oakland Animal Services will be at Arroyo Viejo Park on Saturday\, May 20th from 11am – 1pm for an adoption event and free veterinary clinic. \nIf you need basic healthcare for your dog or cat\, they’ll be able to give microchips\, veterinary vaccinations\, ID tags and pet food and supplies. (First come\, first served. Space is limited. Cats must arrive in carriers and dogs must be on leash.) \nThere will also be dogs at this event\, ready for adoption. You can meet the dogs\, see who might be a good fit for you\, and adopt a dog. Come meet your new best friend!
